About the hospital
The health center is a regional hospital network under municipal ownership and an academic teaching hospital of the Justus Liebig University of Giessen. Around 130,000 patients are treated as outpatients and inpatients every year at six locations. With around 850 beds and around 2,000 employees, the health center is one of the largest hospital networks in the region.
Your tasks
- Treatment of internal medicine patients in the peripheral wards and in the intensive care unit
- Support and development of internal medicine, especially in the field of internal intensive care medicine, pulmonology and respiratory medicine
- Constructive cooperation with other clinics, hospitals and health care providers, especially the outpatient referring physicians
- Participation in night and weekend shifts after appropriate training
Requirements
- You are a specialist (f/m/d) in internal medicine or an advanced doctor in further training to become a specialist (f/m/d) in internal medicine and are interested in the e.g. internal intensive care medicine and/or pulmonology
- You have the German license
- You have a valid work and residence permit
- You want patient-oriented training
- You are a committed and communicative personality
- You combine independent work with teamwork and creativity
