The hospital is an acute care hospital with a full range of basic and standard care services, headquartered in Waren (Müritz). The hospital also includes a clinic for psychiatry, psychotherapy, and psychosomatic medicine, as well as a clinic for child and adolescent psychiatry, psychotherapy, and psychosomatics in Röbel/Müritz, with day clinics in Neubrandenburg and Parchim.
The hospital is an academic teaching hospital of the Medical Faculty of the University of Rostock. The hospital has a capacity of 379 beds and employs approximately 685 staff members.

YOUR TASKS
- Collaboration in a multi-professional team with primary deployment in the full and partial inpatient pain therapy area
- Organization of the individual treatment of chronic pain patients, including standardized anamnesis and whole-body status assessment,
- Differential diagnostic assessment of complex pain disorders with initiation and monitoring of an individual treatment plan
- Regular use of complementary and naturopathic procedures (e.g. neural therapy, draining procedures)
- Targeted use of invasive therapies such as peridural and intrathecal catheters, including continuous drug administration via implanted pump systems, SCS
- Interdisciplinary and team-oriented work with all departments and other cooperation partners

- Specialist certification in a clinical specialty with several years of professional experience

About the hospital
In the non-profit organization, we all work together on a common good cause: we care for and support people who need support. Around 7,400 employees make their contribution in over 70 facilities for the elderly, integration assistance, and in our clinics and daycare centers.
The clinic is a hospital for psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, psychiatry and psychotherapy with an outpatient clinic. There are 130 inpatient places at one location, and 10 outpatient places are planned. The day clinic has 40 outpatient places. The psychiatric area is currently being expanded to include additional areas, which will be implemented in a modern, open treatment concept.
The city is situated in a scenic location in the low mountain range in South Westphalia near the Hochsauerland region, with good infrastructure (hospitals, schools) and very good conditions for an affordable and pleasant life.

About the hospital
Our hospital (372 system beds) is one of the largest district hospitals in the region with a focus on specialty care. In addition to the department of anesthesiology and intensive care medicine, there are the following specialties: primary departments for general and visceral surgery, gynecology and obstetrics, otorhinolaryngology, internal medicine with physiotherapy and rehabilitation, neurology, pediatrics, trauma surgery, urology, psychiatry and psychotherapeutic medicine, as well as the institutes for radiology and nuclear medicine. Orthopedics is a specialty focus.
The Department of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine has 5 intensive care beds (category II) and a recovery unit with 6 beds. In addition, the department looks after 5 operating rooms in which around 5,000 operations are performed each year.
Our spectrum includes specialist intensive care medicine, regional anesthesia, preoperative patient evaluation and emergency medicine.
